Real-money play on ChessBit is closed until further notice
Deposits and staked games are closed until further notice. If you made a deposit you haven’t withdrawn, we’re emailing you about returning it.

- Why is real-money play closed?
- Real-money play on ChessBit is closed until further notice. Questions: support@chessbit.io.
- What happens to my balance?
- We’re returning every deposit that hasn’t been withdrawn, in the coin you deposited, with no fee. We’ve emailed everyone owed a refund: reply with your address before 30 November 2026. Bonus credit and game winnings were cancelled when real-money play closed.
- I missed the deadline.
- Email support@chessbit.io. We’ll keep sending refunds until 30 November 2027.
- Can I still deposit?
- No. Deposits are closed until further notice. Don’t send coins to your old deposit address. If you already have, email us the transaction ID and we’ll return it.
- Will real-money play come back?
- It’s closed until further notice. Any change will be announced here, on Discord and on X first.
- What happens to my data?
- See the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account. We keep only the records the law requires us to keep.
